With unique design features, high quality materials and an ultra-modern spec for 21st century living, these homes had to meet exacting standards and last for generations.

Resolving complex ground conditions, IMYCO delivered an innovative foundation solution; with historical surface water flooding around the area we engaged a team of specialists, identifying the underlying issues and resolving them not only for our development, but also for neighbouring home owners.

Ensuring that the specification matched client expectations of an executive home, IMYCO sourced and installed quality fixtures including real stone patio and porch flooring; electric gates and garage doors with video intercom; real wood flooring and doors; Which? approved boilers; and Nest learning thermostats. All this alongside our usual high quality finishing standards.
