Carrying out internal alterations, removing sections of external wall and creating a hybrid concrete and steel structure, IMYCO opened out the cellular floorplate to create impressive lateral apartments.

With the significant structural work complete, IMYCO’s design team specified interiors suitable for the luxury location and our team of experienced fit out trades finished the property to the best possible standards.

Crucially, the developer was able to achieve record prices for the location on sale of these well specified properties.
